Arctic Ships Coordination during IPY

AWI, an IPY-CARE partner, has started an initiative called "Arctic Ships Coordination during IPY" which is partly funded through IPY-CARE. A very informative workshop was held at the Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) in Potsdam.
