Full version of the IPY-CARE science plan available

The IPY-CARE science plan is now finalised. This document has been developed by the IPY-CARE Steering Committee and participants and funded through an EU Specific Support Action. A PDF document can be downloaded in the download section of this website.
An Implementation Plan will follow up be the end of this year.
